Antenatal Hydrotherapy
I was tap dancing up until I was 16 weeks pregnant, and then it was the Christmas holidays. For ten weeks I did nothing, searching for the right kind of activity to do. A Coffee in the Park – an awesome resource!
I have just stumbled across this fabulous website called A Coffee in the Park!
It lists parks both north and south of the river with a source of coffee and a play ground for the kids. Each listing tells you what facilities are available and shows you what the playground and park area looks like. The only thing the website doesn’t tell you about is baby change facilities or parent’s rooms.

We went to Garden City today just for a quick visit – and used the parents’ room opposite Flowers in the Garden at the Coles end of the shops.
